NBA First Round Eastern Conference Predictions

It's the NBA playoffs are finally here. After a wild regular season, we have seen surprises and disappointments. I am here to predict the Eastern Conference side of things. For the first time in a while, I think this might be one of the hardest to predict. As we know, in the postseason, anything can happen; the favorite does not always win and the least expected do. Who wants the smoke because the dance has arrived. Here are my predictions.
1(Pistons) Vs 8 (Magic)
This series has ''make light work'' written all over it. This was not supposed to be like this for Orlando. They made big trades, talked a big game, and then forgot to make it work in the regular season. On the Detroit side, these guys are legit in Cade Cunningham and Jalen Duren; they want the smoke and will do it here.
Final pick- Pistons in 5
4(Cavs) Vs 5 (Raptors)
This is an interesting series when looking at Toronto they been the most underrated team all season. Literally no one is talking about the Raptors at all when they have Scottie Barnesand the crew lightning it up. On the other side the pressure is on for the Cavaliers you don't trade Darius Garland for James Harden that's a win now move. Looks the Cavs are better team and Donovan Mitchell needs to deliver in the first round he will do it.
Final pick-Cavs in 6
3(Knicks) Vs 6(Hawks)
If there is one series that I believe can go to seven games it this one. For the Hawks it's been quite the midseason relevation for a team that was hailed for it's offseason. Anyone doubting the Hawks should look at Jalen Johnson and MIP(NAW). For the Knicks it's championhip or bust here the big difference is Mike Brown need to utlitize his bench. Jalen Brunson, Kat and the rest of the group knows what is at stake.
Final pick- Knicks in 7
(2) Celtics Vs (76ers)
What more can I say about the Celtics a supposed gap year is actually contention. With Jayson Tatum back in the mix, JB is balling and they are rolling. For the 76ers it's been a improved season we know Tyrese Maxey can ball, VJ Edgecombe is a future star and all. Even with all that the 76ers will be made ''quick work'' with Joel Embiid in doubt.
