The Milwaukee Bucks are quickly becoming the most desperate franchise. Their latest move is surprising considering the Giannis drama. It's been like a week or two, and they already moved on from Doc Rivers. Now they are hiring Taylor Jenkins, one of the best coaches on the market, to do exactly what?

It's fascinating because they are not interesting right now. Who wants to coach the Bucks, a team with no championship path? Taylor Jenkins, I am not sure what you are signing up for. This summer needs to end Giannis drama for all involved. It's crazy because Jenkins is a good coach. He made the Memphis Grizzlies a contender, and if it wasn't for JA Morant off the court issues, they would have been good in the West.

But Jenkins isn't going to that situation with the promise of a Grizzlies situation. He won't fix the Bucks roster in year one, and if he's on board for losing a lot of games, then so be it. He likely will inherit a team of young guys when training camp rolls around. He is 41 years old, and if the front office knows it's years away from contending, there better be commitment from both sides.

This just feels like the latest dysfunctional move the Bucks are making to keep Giannis. Honestly, I think the front office is peeking into Sacramento's tendencies of imaginary winning. I am just not sold on Taylor Jenkins, who could easily have gotten a better job instead of taking this dumpster fire.

Either way, he won't be the savior of Milwaukee basketball. He will just be the latest head coach to knuck if he buck and find out the hard way, just ask Doc Rivers. It just won't end well for Taylor Jenkins in Milwaukee with all the franchise liabilities. So will Taylor Jenkins find a way to restore winning or buck his way out of Milwaukee?
