Chad Brinker has fired himself

Apparently, the President of Football Operations, Chad Brinker, surprisingly fired himself. It's an interesting move, with the draft recently ending, you expect all-in from the guy making football decisions. It's clear why Mr. Brinker has told the Titans he's moving on, and it's about winning. Since 2023, the Titans have won 12 games, fired head coaches, and Ran Carthon.
For Brinker, it's not like he exceeded anything. The only thing he did was draft Cam Ward. His recent free agency and draft were meh at best, so it's the reason he got the hell out of there before eventually he got the pink slip. Let's be real, the Titans will likely finish last place again, 4-13, I am projecting for this squad.
As for the Titans, it's clear this team has become a dumpster fire. They let Mike Vbrael go, and have been on the downward slope since then. There's been no accountability at the top, which is why Brian Callahan was fired. Yes, the team hasn't drafted well in recent years, and they somehow have cap space to spend on no-name players.
The biggest reason for optimism is Cam Ward; he is a franchise guy. Now the next goal is building the team around him, particularly on the offensive side of the ball. Chad Brinker, seen from a mile away, was going to be a scapegoat and had a hell of an exit it strategy. Can Robert Saleh and Cam Ward save the Titans, or will it continue to be Remember the Titans?
